We sincerely value your dedication to Language Scholar Connect. Our dedicated support team is available around the clock to assist with any questions, concerns, or needs you may have. We offer numerous ways that you can reach out to us! Simply select what works best for you.
1. You can live chat us 24/7 at the bottom corner of any webpage on our site. Our business hours are 9:00 - 21:00 Monday - Saturday. We frequently respond outside of business hours, simply expect a longer wait.
2. You can send us an email at support@langsc.org . You should expect a reply within the same business day, for more time consuming requests you can expect a preliminary confirmation that we received your email within one business day and more details from there.

For Community Service / SSL Hours:
- Tutors: To earn high school service hours, (1) begin by submitting your session video recordings here. (Use the access code provided on your welcome email or contact support@langsc.org.) (2) You will receive a verification email after each video submission. (3) Once you submit a minimum of 1 hour you are permitted to "redeem" and "validate" your hours. (Signed form or Signed Letter).

To earn high school service hours, (1) create an itemized record sheet of all your activities and tasks. (Must be marked with the date(s) and time(s). (2) Once you accrue a minimum of 1 hour you are permitted to "redeem" and "validate" your hours. (Signed form or Signed Letter)
You can submit a request for validation of community service hours any time here. Carefully read the instructions to ensure that you have any required documentation.

- Log into your LSC online account. Cick Account Settings from the dropdown. Click Settings. Disable anything you no longer wish to receive.

If you are experiencing issues with another platform member, please report it immediately to your local authorities. Additionally, we welcome you to report any severe issues or incidents to our leadership team. We take these issues very seriously and we will investigate any problems and terminate violators.
